CHAPTER GOALS

            The chapter was formed to provide local (So. California) C-1 Corvette (1953-1962) owners an organization to further their interests in driving, maintaining and repairing their cars. It will provide a forum of individuals with common interests and a networking opportunity for all sorts of information relative to the preservation and knowledge of their cars. It is not intended to become strictly a social gathering or involved in the sponsorship of car shows. Focus is to be on driving tours and tech sessions and general membership gatherings when felt to be opportune. Communication via a quality Newsletter (The Solid Scoop) is seen as a major part of the chapter charter. Interfacing with other SACC membership and Chapters is also paramount.
